Our mission is simple: to tell stories that celebrate genuine human connection.
We are a film company built from a collective passion for storytelling and a desire to help reshape how films are made. Whether it's through drama, comedy, action or everything in between, we aim to create engaging, entertaining, and impactful narratives that resonate with audiences; and foster an ever-growing community of artists who aren’t afraid to think outside the box (or, in some cases, break the box entirely).
Filmmaking can and should feel more connected, more collaborative, and a lot more human.
Ten20 exists because three friends saw an opportunity to bring more connection, collaboration, and creativity into the film industry. Coming from different backgrounds, we bring unique excitement to a diverse collection of stories. We know that filmmaking can be powerful when people come together with a shared purpose, and we knew there was space to build on that even further.
Ten20 is our response to what we felt was needed — a space where ideas are shared freely, people are valued beyond their job titles, and the process matters just as much as the final film.
We want filmmaking to have more openness, be more intentional, and invite collaboration. So we built a home for the kind of work we want to make and the kind of people we want to make it with.
The Crew

Trey is a North Carolina-born writer/producer known for his commitment to making films that build community both on set and in the theater. Since starting in the film industry at Warner Bros. in 2018, Trey has produced a range of acclaimed films that reflect his passion for emotionally resonant narratives. His most recent producorial work "(0, ∞)", recently became Academy Award eligible.
After receiving his MFA from The Kevin Feige Division of Film & Television Production at USC, Trey went on to co-found Ten20 Productions alongside partners Bobbie Green and Sayali Upadhye. Their mission highlight engaging stories from unexpected places. Trey believes deeply in the empathic power of cinema and its ability to entertain, challenge, and bring people together.

Sayali is a Los Angeles based filmmaker, hailing from India with a background in visual design. She is a co-founder and producer at Ten20 Productions, a production company driven by a passion for stories that celebrate genuine human connection. At Ten20, she produced the short film, (0,∞) which premiered at Ann Arbor Film Festival, where it won Best Narrative Film, making it eligible for an Academy Award Nomination. Her previous work has received recognition from organizations like Television Academy Foundation, Cleveland International Film Festival, NAACP Image Awards, and the American Black Film Festival.
With a belief that cinema can foster empathy and preserve culture, she is dedicated to showcasing the beauty of the human experience while exploring themes like identity, loneliness, resilience, and moral-dilemma.
Sayali received her Bachelors in Design from MIT ADT University in 2017 and her MFA from USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2023. Outside of film sets, Sayali can be found at a climbing gym, hiking the scenic trails of California, or on a tennis court

Bobbieis a queer Los Angeles based writer and producer hailing from New York. She is a co-founder and producer at Ten20 Productions, an independent production company. At Ten20, she produced (0,∞) which won Best Narrative Film at Ann Arbor Film Festival, making it eligible for an Academy Award nomination. Her work has been recognized at Cleveland International Film Festival, Hollyshorts, Wyoming International Film Festival, and more. Previously, she worked on the VFX team for Alien: Romulus and on social media teams for National Geographic, Marvel Entertainment, and Tribeca Film Institute.
Musical theater was Bobbie’s first introduction to storytelling. The energy of musicals inspires the way she tells stories today. Nothing is too farfetched, as long as there’s humanity, truth, and sincerity to it.
She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2019 and received her MFA from USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2023.
At Ten20, we value creative collaboration and teamwork above all else. When we take on a project, we don’t see ourselves as vendors — we see ourselves as creative partners. If we work on it, we’re adopting it and co-parenting it alongside the people who trust us with their story.
Every idea goes on the board. The best concepts can come from anywhere, and we believe strong creative work is built through open dialogue, curiosity, and mutual respect. Ego stays out of the room; the story stays at the center. (Coffee, however, stays very much in the room.)
Our process is rooted in trust, transparency, and shared investment. We challenge ideas thoughtfully, push each other creatively, and stay flexible throughout production because great work evolves. Whether we’re developing a concept, refining a shot list, or solving problems on set five minutes before call time, our priority is always the same: serve the story in the strongest way possible.
At the end of the day, we want everyone involved to feel ownership in the work and proud of what we create together.
What do we do here?
We also believe the strongest projects are built with consistency and care from beginning to end. That’s why we like to stay involved throughout the entire filmmaking process — from early development through final delivery.
They say a film gets written three times, once in the script, once in production, and once again in the edit. We believe each stage deserves the same level of intention, collaboration, and creative investment to fully serve the story.

Got an idea? We’ll turn it into a script. Got a script? We’ll help you make it happen. We help shape projects through script development, packaging, and securing financing. We prioritize building strong foundation for the story and positioning the project for long-term success. While we don’t accept unsolicited scripts, we are always down to have a friendly chat over coffee.

We work hands-on at every level — from ground-up producing and creative development to script notes, casting, and overseeing all aspects of production making sure the vision holds from first shot to final wrap — or at least survives the weather, schedule changes, and that one prop that suddenly disappears. We stay deeply involved to make sure the creative vision carries through every stage of the process.

We continue shepherding the project through editing, sound design, and color — refining the final tone, rhythm, pace and emotional impact of the film. We believe the smallest details in post are often what elevate a story and give it its lasting identity.

Beyond finishing the film itself, we also help guide projects through festival strategy and distribution planning. From identifying the right premiere opportunities to building a path toward release, we stay involved to help the project connect with its audience in a meaningful and intentional way.

We bring the same story-first approach to branded work, campaigns, and advertising content — creating cinematic, emotionally resonant work while still delivering on time, on budget, and with significantly fewer fires than anyone planned for in pre-production.
